The ease with which nonwovens can be cut, their excellent resistance to sewing, the possibility to customize or print on nonwovens and the fact that their composition can be altered to create either breathable or water proof textiles are all factors which make our nonwovens perfect for use by any company working within this field.

Aster’s nonwovens can be employed as cushion covers or lining, as upholstery covering material, for example for the “racks” underneath chairs or the back of lounges, sofas and couches, as a reinforcing material, for beach umbrellas and/or their edging, for the backs of beach cushions… or simply as the protective packaging for your product.

Nonwovens are also highly sought after as packaging. They are not only cost effective and non-scratch, but can also be either breathable or water proof as per client requirements. They are highly customizable and are adaptable to products of diverse size and nature, as well as being lightweight and highly manageable. And they are 100% recyclable.

Aster’s nonwovens come in more than 22 solid colors available in stock to satisfy our clients’ needs. In addition, we are also able to supply custom colors to specification. Our well-stocked warehouse ensures fast delivery times. Samples and Technical Data sheets are available for all our products.

Additional types of products available on request include nonwovens which are waterproof, laminated, nonslip, UV-treated, hydrophobic, absorbent, printed in up to 8 colors, customized with your name or logo as well as pre-cut pieces, strips, borders or rolls up to 3.2m wide.

We can also supply synthetic fabrics made with various base materials (polypropylene/ polyester/polyester and viscose/polythene/pvc/…) each with their own specific physical and technical characteristics, such as tensile load resistance, heat resistance, level of absorbency or water tightness, softness, thickness and many other variables. These unique characteristics facilitate conversion and production of the product making it more adapted to its final use.
